Please read carefully the following terms and conditions, which apply to all hire of our limousines. Your deposit must be paid with receipt of your booking form. The balance must be paid two weeks prior to the journey by cheque or at the start of the journey in cash. Failure to do so will mean the contract is void. All deposits are non-refundable. The client in whose name the booking is made is responsible for keeping their party in order and will be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle either by themselves or their party. A fee of £75 will be charged to cover any costs arising due to cleaning the vehicle; charges for repairs will also be added on as necessary. Stretch Events will not be held responsible for any injury caused while customers are intoxicated with spirits, wines and other alcoholic drinks. A 30-minute grace period shall be established for delays due to bad weather, accidents or any other misfortune. Any overtime incurred after the specified journey times will be charged at a rate of £50 per hour. Any disorderly conduct from either the customer or a member of their party will result in an immediate termination of the contract with no refund given of either the deposit or balance. No compensation will be given to any party or individual in this case. The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse entry to the vehicle with reasonable reason. Stretch Events will not be liable for any mechanical breakdown while every effort will be made to substitute a similar vehicle to continue the journey. In the event that a replacement vehicle cannot be found a full refund will be made, not exceeding the contract value. |
